Site Manager

Overview: Role: Freelance Site Manager Start: Monday 10th August Duration: 6 – 8 weeks Location: Bassetlaw Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations Organise and manage sub-contractors on site Implement and enforce health and safety practices, adhering to SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) guidelines Being the first point of contact for the client and sub-contractor Meeting clients and managing their expectations Requirements: You must have direct experience in social housing, local authority or similar housing association refits Possession of SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities To apply / for more information: Please contact Nathan on (phone number removed) or E-mail your CV to
