Site Manager – Roofing & Cladding Location: Brentford Duration: 4 Months Start Date: Immediate Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience Involve Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an external cladding refurbishment project on a live industrial park in Brentford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the refurbishment and painting of the external cladding across 29+ industrial units, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard. This is a client-facing role, and you will be required to communicate regularly with tenants and other site stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, planned works, timescales and any relevant health & safety requirements. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day activities across a live industrial refurbishment project. * Oversee external cladding painting/refurbishment works across multiple industrial units. * Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors and specialist contractors. * Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. * Liaise professionally with tenants, keeping them informed of upcoming works and project progress. * Produce regular site reports and project updates. * Use the client's internal intranet system to record and manage project information. * Monitor and maintain site health & safet...
