Site Manager - Nottingham - 2 Weeks Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for short term holiday cover in Nottingham, starting Thursday the 13th of August. Project Details: Duration: 2 Weeks Scope: fire remediation upgrades and repairs both internal and external Environment: Live site, working at height and within confined spaces Requirements: Valid SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Proven experience managing similar social housing projects (desirable) Strong health & safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance Coordinating works in roof spaces and void areas Reporting progress to the project team This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short term contract.
