Site Manager

Site Manager £500 per Day Outside IR35 Stockton-on-Tees Essential Skillset: * 5+ years' experience delivering electrical engineering projects within the power, renewables, industrial or utilities sector * Experience supervising HV/LV electrical installation works on substations, BESS, solar, data centre or industrial projects * Strong knowledge of electrical installation, cable containment, cable pulling, terminations, switchgear and transformer installation * Coordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on programme and to a high standard * Support commissioning and energisation activities, ensuring all electrical systems are ready for handover * Ensure all work complies with HSE requirements, site procedures and relevant electrical standards * Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively resolve site issues * Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and installation documentation * Liaise effectively with Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers, clients and other site stakeholders * Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills * Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and manage multiple site activities simultaneously
