We are hiring for our client, a civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, seeking experienced Site Managers and Supervisors to join their team on the Northern Ireland Railways framework. This Site Manager / Supervisor role is a great opportunity for motivated rail professionals to play a key part in the safe, successful delivery of works across the rail network, coordinating site activities, subcontractors and direct labour in a safety-critical environment.

The Role
- Supervise site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme
- Lead and support site teams, promoting high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance
- Coordinate labour, plant and materials to maximise productivity
- Ensure work complies with client specifications, procedures and legislation
- Monitor quality and maintain accurate site records
- Deliver site briefings and ensure safe systems of work are followed
- Identify and report site issues, implementing corrective actions
- Promote a positive safety culture, liaising with the Site Manager, client and subcontractors
The Person
- Valid CSR (Construction Skills Register) card and PTS card
- Proven experience in rail projects or infrastructure projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Full UK Driving Licence and able to work nights and weekends
