Site Manager Bank Refurbishment
Location: Washington Rate: £275 per day Contract: Temporary / Freelance
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a bank refurbishment project in Washington.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Requirements
SMSTS essential
CSCS essential
PASMA essential
First Aid essential
Fire Marshal essential
Previous Site Management experience , ideally within refurbishment/commercial environments
Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures
Good communication and organisational skills
