We have an exciting opportunity with our client, a well-established construction contractor, who is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a landmark £15 million hotel development in a stunning coastal village in North Yorkshire This is no ordinary project. Once complete, the development will become one of the country's first Passivhaus accredited hotel, pub and restaurant, setting a new benchmark for sustainable hospitality in the UK. Built using traditional construction methods, this technically demanding project requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail and high-quality workmanship throughout. The project is currently progressing through the superstructure, with construction moving towards the first-floor stage. The successful candidate will take responsibility for driving the build programme forward, managing subcontractors and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained throughout the remainder of the project.
