Job Description * Site Manager * Location: Wokingham * Contract type: Freelance * Start date: Friday 7th August * Duration: 1 x Week * Temp Rate: £250 - £260 per day The Company My client is a privately owned developer, which over the last 20 years has specialised in the delivery of stylish and contemporary Residential Care Homes. This job presents a good oppertunity to introduce yourself to a developer with a large order book of projects across the South East. The Project Development of a luxury new build Care Home. The Role To work in the position of Site Manager covering the current Site Managers holiday. The project is at the foundation and drainage stage.
