As a Senior Site Manager, you'll lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage site teams, coordinate contractors and key stakeholders, and work closely with Design, Commercial and Sales teams to drive programme performance and successful project delivery. You'll oversee health and safety compliance, chair regular site meetings, monitor quality standards and ensure customer defects are resolved within agreed timescales. Previous experience working as a Senior Site Manager for a housebuilder delivering high-volume residential developments. Proven track record of leading site teams in the delivery of high-quality new build housing. Experience managing large site teams and/or leading Site Managers. Valid CSCS Black Manager Card. HNC qualification (or equivalent) and membership of a recognised industry body such as CIOB, alongside a full UK driving licence. You'll be an experienced construction professional with a strong background delivering high-volume housing developments from inception through to completion. You'll be confident managing programmes, budgets, contractors and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently. Experience producing construction programmes using software such as Asta Powerproject would be advantageous, as would a recognised Project Management qualification. You'll also be able to effectively communicate and implement company policies, procedures and training requirements across site teams.
