Site Manager – Exeter Region (Based in Yeovil, BA21) Build something perfect. Lead a team that makes it happen. Site Manager 5* Housebuilder - prior experience with a developer ideally on award winning schemes is a requirement for this postion. What you'll be doing: * Owning the build programme — planning, progress, and problem-solving * Setting the standard for quality, safety and compliance on site * Leading and coordinating subcontractors and labour * Being the first point of contact for customers, inspectors and your team * Delivering pre-completion inspections that leave nothing to chance What you'll bring: * Proven Site Manager experience on new build residential sites, start to finish * SMSTS and First Aid certified * A full driving licence * Sharp people skills, sharper attention to detail * The drive to lead a site — and a team — to its best result What's in it for you: * Company car, phone and laptop * Bonus Scheme * Healthcare * Pension * 25 days holiday + bank holidays
