Freelance Site Manager - Moreton in Marsh 27-Week Contract |10th August start date An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Moreton in Marsh This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised Site Manager who has previous experience delivering a high end residential build and understands the importance of maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day running of a live refurbishment project. Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Maintaining excellent health & safety practices within a live operational environment. Providing regular progress updates and resolving any site issues efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects. Previous experience working on a high end build  Strong planning and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with subcontractors. SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid at Work certificates. Available to start within the coming weeks. Contract Details: Freelance opportunity. 27-week contract. Bristol location.
