Site Operations Leader - Manufacturing Excellence

Kersia UK at the Kilco site in Lockerbie is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and drive production and logistics excellence. You will develop high-performing teams, deliver strategic initiatives, manage budgets, KPIs and empower cross-functional collaboration across the site and wider organisation.

This role reports to the Operations Director and requires resilience, travel to UK/European sites, and a hands-on approach
