Site Operations Leader – Safety, Lean & Growth

LyondellBasell Industries is seeking a site leader for the Crumlin manufacturing site in Newport. You will manage production and on-site logistics, champion safety, and drive Lean Manufacturing (APEX) to ensure cost-efficient operations in compliance with LYB policies and local laws.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, employee relations, continuous improvement, and development of a high-performing site organization. Fluency in English and international collaboration are essential.
