This role will be within our Clean Water Capital Delivery Team
- Our teams deliver various schemes from Mains Renewal, Diversions and PMVs all in aid of supporting the UU clean water network.
Want to be a part of it? What you'll be doing? Youll oversee live sites, liaising with local Highways Inspectors and building strong client relationships.
Working closely with the planning team, youll check compliance, conduct regular site audits, and ensure health & safety standards are maintained.
Youll provide real-time feedback from site visits, manage teams to deliver on each task, and ensure all sites progress smoothly from start to finish.
Youll also work collaboratively with task teams to resolve any issues and support project delivery, including participation in standby working to ensure uninterrupted service.
What youll bring? Have you gained experience in the water industry and know how to manage direct labour and subcontractor teams? Are you comfortable using MS Office and other IT systems? Do you have project and programme management skills, along with essential Water SHEA or CSCS certification? Are you qualified in NRSWA supervision or SMSTS, with deep excavation training? Do you hold a full, current driving licence? Whats in it for you?
