Our teams deliver large-scale programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.This leadership role oversees a water division of approximately 160 FTE, driving growth of in-house design capabilities and client value propositions within existing and new frameworks. The role involves implementing digital enhancements, standardizing technical learning, and fostering efficiency. Building strong client relationships and supporting strategic plans is essential, alongside mentoring teams and establishing succession plans.
