Site Supervisor Location: Glasgow Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) Job Type: Permanent Site Supervisor - Civil Engineering & Infrastructure An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects across Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys leading site teams, coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Working as part of a supportive delivery team, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of a variety of highways and civil engineering schemes. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating labour and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely and maintaining programme targets. You will be the key point of contact on site, ensuring quality standards are maintained while promoting a positive health and safety culture. Projects include a varied mix of highways, infrastructure, drainage, structures and general civil engineering works.
