Site Supervisor - Heavy Bulk Earthworks Lower Thames Crossing Project We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team working on the Lower Thames Crossing project, delivering major heavy bulk earthworks operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background supervising large-scale earthworks activities and be confident managing site operations, coordinating teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Supervising heavy bulk earthworks operations, including cut and fill, excavation, grading, and material placement Managing site teams, plant operations, and subcontractors Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications Carrying out site inspections, briefings, and daily coordination activities Maintaining accurate site records and supporting project delivery targetsEssential Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within heavy bulk earthworks Experience working on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects Valid CSCS Gold Card Valid SSSTS qualification EUSR National Water Hygiene (Unit 1 & 2) certification Strong understanding of health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements Ability to lead and motivate site teams effectivelyThis is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects with a leading delivery team.
