Pay rate: £16.48 - £19.23

As a Site Support Analyst, you’ll be the vital link between local users and the global IT team – providing exceptional support across hardware, software, and mobile devices while championing best-in-class customer service and service delivery.

• Act as the first and second-line support for all on-site IT issues – from hardware to software, networking, mobile devices and printers.

• Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets in line with SLAs, escalating where appropriate.

• Deliver a positive end-user experience through excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive issue resolution.

• Support the onboarding and offboarding of users – including device setup and asset tracking.

• Collaborate with global service delivery teams to maintain alignment and contribute to best practice.

• Document incidents, solutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
