Sixth Form Head of Year – Dynamic Pastoral Leader

Oxford Spires Academy in England seeks a Head of Year (Sixth Form) to lead pastoral care while benefitting from a reduced teaching timetable. The role includes safeguarding, improving attendance, supporting student behaviours and encouraging participation in House events.

The Head of Year is supported by the Sixth Form administration to guide the cohort. We value excellent communication, teamwork and strong time management.
