Skilled Civils Operative

Job Title: Skilled Civils Operative Location: Caithness Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until December 2026 at least Hours: Monday 8am – 7pm. Tuesday to Thursday 7:30am – 7pm. Friday 7:30am – 3pm. Rate: Negotiable We are looking for two local Skilled Civils Operatives for a temporary contract based in Caithness. Role Responsibilities: * General groundworks * Ongoing cable track works * Working with machines dusting tracks and laying our mark tapes * Installing spilt ducting at road crossings * Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines What We’re Looking For * CSCS card essential * Previous civils or construction labouring/groundwork experience. * Good work ethic and ability to follow instructions * Good understanding of site Health & Safety requirements. * Punctual and dependable To apply or find out more information please email your fully up-to-date CV We are an equal opportunities employer and actively promote inclusive, fair and transparent recruitment practices.
