18:00 Key Duties: Operate CNC machinery (milling, turning) to produce high-quality, high-tolerance components. Set up and run machines as required (programming not necessary, but setting experience is beneficial). Conduct self-inspections of produced parts to ensure they meet specified tolerances. Perform routine machine maintenance and make minor adjustments to keep production running smoothly. Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production schedules. Role Allocation: 2 x CNC Milling Machine Operators 2 x CNC Turning Machine Operator Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC machine operator within a precision engineering environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measuring equipment. Confidence in self-checking and adjusting machine settings with minimal supervision. Experience in setting machines is highly advantageous. Strong attention to detail and quality. Flexibility to work days initially, followed by transition to night shifts.
