An elite US law firm is looking to hire a 1–6 PQE associate into its London leveraged finance team.

The practice advises private equity sponsors, financial institutions and borrowers on complex financing transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition finance, refinancings and sponsor-backed financings. The team works closely with the firm’s highly regarded private equity and corporate practices, providing exposure to sophisticated transactions involving leading sponsors and businesses across a range of sectors.

The London office has a strong reputation in private equity, finance, technology, energy and infrastructure, giving associates the opportunity to work on high-value matters with a clear commercial and cross-practice dimension.

Associates can expect substantial involvement in transactions, including drafting and negotiating finance documentation, managing elements of deals and working closely with senior lawyers and clients.
