Join Our Team as a Skilled Operative at Attleborough Factory in Norfolk! Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate of £14.20 , with the potential to earn over £559 per week ! Enjoy a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (06:00-18:00), giving you more time for yourself. Prepare and batch sauce ingredients for our award-winning meals, ensuring compliance with Critical Control Points (CCP's) and Food Safety procedures. No worries if you're new—we provide full training! Spot, fix, and report production issues that impact performance, quality, or safety. Conduct visual inspections for damage, defects, or foreign materials, verifying batch numbers and shelf-life. Set up equipment and areas for production, ensuring safety controls, hygiene standards, and proper tools are in place. Perform quality inspections and take product samples as per specifications. Strong written, numerical, and verbal skills, with fluency in English. Food manufacturing experience is a plus! On-site staff canteen and free parking. All training and PPE provided.
