Change Futures. The Supply Register is working in partnership with Kidderminster College to recruit two Skills and Progression Engagement Officers to join their ambitious and forward-thinking team. As a Skills and Progression Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in engaging learners, developing employer and partner relationships, and supporting progression into employment, apprenticeships and further learning. This is a dynamic, outward-facing position at the heart of the college’s employability and adult skills provision. You’ll work closely with local employers, training providers, community partners and internal teams to create meaningful opportunities that reflect the needs of learners and the local workforce. The Role You will be responsible for: Driving learner recruitment and engagement – promoting programmes, generating interest and supporting enrolment activity across the local area. Building employer and partner relationships – acting as a key contact for employers, training providers and local stakeholders to develop meaningful progression opportunities. Coordinating high-quality programmes – supporting smooth delivery, an excellent learner experience and strong outcomes. Delivering employability support – helping learners build confidence and job-readiness through CV workshops, interview preparation and job-search support. Tracking success and progression – monitoring outcomes and supporting learners into employment, further study and apprenticeships. Maintaining quality and compliance – ensuring accurate data, funding compliance and a robust audit trail. About You We’re looking for someone who brings energy, focus and a strong sense of purpose. Target- and outcome-driven, with a genuine motivation to achieve recruitment and progression goals. Highly organised, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities effectively. A strong communicator who can engage, inspire and support learners from a wide range of backgrounds. Customer-focused and passionate about delivering an excellent learner journey. You may have experience in employment support, employability, skills development, education, training or a customer-facing environment. Equally, you may simply have the enthusiasm, communication skills and ambition to help young people and adults develop their confidence, skills and positive next steps.
