This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy warehouse operation, ensuring outstanding customer service, operational excellence and continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing * Leading the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and safety. * Driving improvements in picking accuracy, quality and customer service. * Managing and developing a motivated warehouse team through strong leadership and engagement. * Championing continuous improvement using Lean principles and problem-solving techniques. * Monitoring warehouse KPIs to improve productivity and performance. * Resolving customer issues quickly and effectively. * Maintaining high standards of health & safety, compliance and operational excellence. What We're Looking For * Previous warehouse or distribution management experience. * A proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment. * Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. * Experience driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. * A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability. * Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and operational performance.
