Small Works BU Lead - M&E & Building Fabric

1st Step Solutions are seeking a Business Unit Senior Manager (Small Works) to lead a national M&E contractor's small works division in Shrewsbury. You will oversee delivery of mechanical, electrical and building fabric works, manage project teams and supply chain partners, and drive financial performance and client relationships.

The role requires strong building services experience, proven management of delivery teams across multiple projects, and a track record in FM/M&E contracting.
