The successful candidate will work on an automated SMT production line, comprising a Panasonic AM-100 pick-and-place machine, Marantz AOI machine (automated optical inspection) and Pyramax reflow oven. What you will be doing? Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment, including stencil printer, pick-and-place machine, and reflow oven. Load components, feeders, and PCBs to the SMT machine as per the job schedule. Inspect solder paste application, component placement, and solder joints (visually or using AOI systems). Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision. Carry out SMT and Through-hole rework when required A full copy of the job description can be provided upon request What you need? Prior experience working with SMT machines and PCB assembly Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings, assembly instructions, PCB layout diagrams and bills of materials (BoM).
