We're looking for a creative, organised Social Media Executive to take ownership of our social media, content and creative output, freeing up our Marketing Manager to focus on strategy and data. This is a great opportunity for a proactive Social Media Executive who loves planning content, growing engagement and bringing a brand to life across multiple channels, within a supportive, fast moving team. What you'll be doing Owning day to day social media management and content scheduling across our group of businesses Creating engaging content, including graphics, video, blogs and campaign assets, using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite Planning and delivering social and paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook) to support candidate and client attraction Working closely with recruitment teams to produce targeted attraction content Supporting events, sponsorships and internal communications What we're looking for Proven experience in a marketing, social media or content role Strong copywriting and content creation skills Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and social scheduling tools Good organisational skills and attention to detail Recruitment, staffing or professional services experience is a bonus, not essential What we offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays A day off for your birthday Death in service cover Referral and wellness programmes Tailored training and development Modern working environment and company events Bi-annual social events Incentives for achieving targets, including a variety of team building activities Full support for you and your family's health and wellbeing, including access to Westfield Health's medical assistance, counselling, health assessments and gym memberships
