Social Value Coordinator Location: Glasgow Hours: Full-time, Permanent, Office-based Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is seeking a Social Value Coordinator to support the delivery, management, and reporting of social value initiatives across multiple projects. This role will focus on coordinating social value commitments, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring accurate measurement and reporting of social impact activities. Experience using Loop and the TOMs methodology would be highly beneficial. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering social value activities across projects, working with communities, education providers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve agreed targets and commitments. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver social value initiatives in line with company strategy and project requirements. Manage social value KPIs and track progress against agreed targets. Build relationships with clients, local authorities, suppliers, schools, colleges, and community organisations. Support local employment initiatives, apprenticeships, work placements, site visits, and careers engagement activities. Record, monitor, and report social value outcomes using systems such as Loop, Social Value Portal, and TOMs methodology.
