In this rewarding role, you will work alongside Social Workers to deliver essential support, practical guidance, and family care plans to make a real difference in the lives of local children and young people.

Arrange and supervise family contact sessions, managing transport and required paperwork.
Gather family information to directly contribute to social work care assessments.
Coordinate local community resources, respite, and family support services.
Maintain clear records and immediately report any child protection or risk concerns.
