We are looking for an exceptional Service Manager to lead our multi-agency Family Safeguarding Hub. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape decision-making at the front door of Children's Services, ensuring vulnerable children receive the right support at the right time through effective partnership working and strong professional leadership. About the Role As Service Manager, you will lead a highly skilled multi-agency team, working alongside colleagues from Children's Services, Early Help, Police, Health and wider safeguarding partners to ensure timely, effective and proportionate responses to concerns about children. You will drive service performance, quality assurance and continuous improvement, creating a culture of excellence that delivers positive outcomes for children, young people and families.
