Software Engineer - AI-Driven Product Delivery

Motability Operations Ltd is seeking a Software Engineer to join an established team delivering software for internal and external customers. The role emphasises agile product delivery, TDD, automation, and a build-to-run mindset.

Ideal candidates will have commercial Java experience and familiarity with React/Node.js, CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and AI-assisted workflow. The team collaborates closely with engineers, BA, PO and Scrum Master.
