Solar Technical Manager Hybrid role - You can be based in or around any of the following areas: Mansfield, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Buxton, Alfreton, Nottingham, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, Worksop, Retford £50,000 - £60,000 + Performance Related Bonus + Overtime + Flexible Working + Company Car + Training and Progression + Pension + Holidays Are you an experienced Solar PV Electrician or Lead Solar Electrician looking to progress into a technical management role with full training provided, using your hands-on experience to oversee commercial and utility-scale solar projects? This is an excellent opportunity to join a renewable energy business with over 30 years of experience delivering turnkey Solar PV projects across the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely to a high standard and in line with technical requirements. The ideal candidate is an experienced Solar PV Electrician or Lead Solar Electrician with strong practical and electrical knowledge, looking to progress into a technical management role covering site audits, quality control, technical support and team mentoring.
