Are you a recently qualified Solicitor or early in your legal career and looking to specialise in Court of Protection work?
A highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm, recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers, is seeking a Solicitor (0-3 PQE) to join its market-leading Court of Protection team. This is an opportunity to join a leading specialist team, supporting vulnerable clients and their families on a wide range of Property & Financial Affairs Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters.
Working alongside experienced Partners, Solicitors and specialist professionals, you'll develop your technical expertise while taking responsibility for your own caseload and building lasting client relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales with 0-3 years' PQE
- A genuine interest in Court of Protection and vulnerable client work
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, families and professional contacts
- Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
