Solicitor – Adult Social Care (Hybrid)

Blackpool Council is seeking an enthusiastic lawyer to join the Adult Social Care Legal Team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will provide specialist legal advice and services to the Council and external clients in respect of Adult Social Care Law.

Your duties include advising officers and senior managers on complex issues, conducting Court of Protection work, drafting and negotiating legal documents, and guiding ordinary residence implications and policy developments.
