Commercial Property Solicitor – 2 positions

Role Overview

We are looking for two experienced commercial property solicitors (minimum 3 years PQE, 1+ years PQE) to join our established Commercial Property department in Wigan, England. You will work with expert partners and solicitors on a variety of high‑quality cases including social housing, complex developments, transactional work, business leases, lease renewals, acquisitions, and disposals.

You will advise and assist clients, manage your own caseload, and support senior fee earners on more complex matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on commercial property matters.
  • Run your own varied caseload of transactions and leases.
  • Assist senior fee earners with complex cases.
  • Collaborate with partners and colleagues to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage case documents.

Qualifications

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.
  • Experience running a commercial property caseload.
  • Attention to detail and client‑focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently within a supportive team.
