Solicitor - Digital Finance & Banking

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in Belfast is seeking a qualified solicitor to join the Digital Finance team within the Finance practice. The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers on banking and finance transactions, including cross-border matters, and develop strong client relationships.

The role involves assisting with deal work, drafting and negotiating documents, supervising trainees where required, and maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge.
