Overview: A senior opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join an established litigation team in Glasgow. You’ll handle a broad caseload of complex, high-value disputes spanning property litigation, commercial matters, and professional negligence. With succession planning in mind, this role offers real scope to help shape the team’s long‑term direction.

Experience

• 6+ years’ PQE in dispute resolution
• Track record managing complex litigation, including property and commercial disputes
• Experience representing both pursuers (often via insurers) and defenders

Responsibilities

• Lead significant cases and contribute to the team’s strategic growth
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Play an active role in developing the firm’s wider litigation offering
