Our client is a well established international equipment and vendor finance specialist. They provide an innovative range of products within financial services.
Due to growth they are looking to recruit an experienced in house Lawyer for their team.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team taking responsibility for
- legal risk management
- dispute resolution
- delivering legal awareness training
- robust legal file governance
- providing general legal and regulatory advice to Senior Management and other staff as well as being the lead role on transaction and contract management
You must be a qualified Solicitor.
