The Opportunity:

You’ll work across a full spectrum of Corporate Law matters, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Private Equity transactions
• Venture Capital and Development Capital investments
• Joint Ventures
Corporate Reorganisations

Hybrid Working:

2 days in the Manchester office, 3 days from home
