We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our friendly and professional team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, including cases involving accidents at work, road traffic accidents, slips and trips, and medical negligence claims. The role will involve direct client contact, working with experts, managing a caseload from inception to completion, and negotiating settlements. Key Responsibilities: * Managing and progressing own caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence claims * Take instructions from clients on all litigation matters on behalf of the Firm and subsequently assume responsibility for such work undertaken * Liaise with clients, third parties, and medical experts * Providing clear, timely advice to clients on liability, compensation, and other legal issues * Drafting legal documents, including claim forms, witness statements, and settlement agreements * Representing clients at hearings and mediations when necessary ...
