Role/Team overview

Reporting to a Principal Solution Architect, drive solution architecture for a UK&I portfolio or platform.Working in Engineering Solutions as part of UK&I CTO, you’ll be involved in initiatives across customer engagement, sales, commerce, finance, CRM, fulfilment, service & assurance and more.

Minimum requirements

Solution Architecture Expertise

Proven ability to break down initiatives into capability-based changes.Skilled at simplifying complex requirements into clear architectural guidance.Experience working with product and engineering teams to align solutions.

MarcTech Experience

Expertise in relevant areas such as CDP, analytics, decisioning and personalisation.

Experience with the Adobe product suite is beneficial.

Leadership & Governance

Experience contributing to architecture runway planning aligned with business and technical objectives.Ability to engage in architecture governance processes and maintain principles, policies, and standards.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Strong communication skills across a range of stakeholders.Ability to influence and collaborate with architecture, product, engineering, and business teams.
