We are now looking for a dedicated and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

Role Overview

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will help lead the team, prepare and cook fresh food to a high standard, and ensure smooth service in a high-pressure environment. This role is ideal for an experienced chef looking to develop their leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present fresh dishes to a consistently high standard
• Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
• Supervise and motivate the kitchen team during service
• Run sections and lead the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
• Assist with menu development and specials
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness
• Help manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
