Your responsibilities will include:Leading service and coordinating the kitchen team during busy periodsMonitoring food quality, presentation, and service timingsSupervising and supporting Chefs de Partie and junior kitchen staffAssisting with staff training, development, and shift planningHelping manage stock levels and placing food ordersEnsuring high standards of food hygiene and health and safety are maintainedSupporting the Head Chef with menu development and daily specialsTesting and refining new dishes and recipesMaintaining exceptional food quality and consistency at all timesYour personality, experience and qualifications You are a passionate Sous Chef with experience in a similar role and a strong track record of progression and longevity within previous positions.
