The Role

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding fresh food while helping to lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared to the highest standards using quality seasonal produce.
