Sous Chef | Lead Kitchen Team & Path to Head Chef

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section at one of our pubs. You will train and inspire your team, ensuring smooth coordination with the Head Chef in their absence and delivering high-quality dishes to guests.

You will oversee food ordering, preparation, stock control and adherence to brand standards, while maintaining health and hygiene regulations and supporting team development.
