Sous Chef: Lead the Line & Elevate Kitchen Service

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll be right in the action, second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when they’re not on shift, and dedicated to delivering hot, quality dishes to the pass.

You’ll support the Head Chef in running all aspects of the kitchen, manage the line during service, develop the team’s skills, and uphold the highest standards of food and service. Flexible and part-time hours may be available to fit your lifestyle.
