Sous Chef - Milton Keynes - Choose Your Rota

We're recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join a kitchen in Milton Keynes on a genuinely flexible basis — choose your own rota, with both weekday and weekend roles available depending on what suits you.

You'd be running the pass, leading in the head chef's absence, and helping keep service tight during busy periods. This is a good fit if you want Sous-level responsibility without being locked into one fixed shift pattern week after week.

What we're looking for:

• Proven Sous Chef experience, or a strong CDP ready to step up
• Confident running a section and leading when needed
• Flexible availability — let us know what works and we'll build a rota around it
