Sous Chef

We're looking for a happy, hard-working Sous Chef to help smoothly run our fabulous kitchens all year round leading the teams at Catch in Mawgan Porth and across the summer at Fern Pit Beach Kitchen in Newquay.

We'll ask you to be:

Reliable and responsible
Good with people and good under pressure
Available for more hours in summer with lots of paid time-off in winter
Experienced in cooking high volumes in a busy environment
