Sous Chef - Path to Head Chef & Kitchen Line Lead

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when needed. You’ll support managing all aspects of the kitchen, run the line during service, and help develop the kitchen team while maintaining top standards of food and service.

With internal career pathways, this role offers progression potential toward Head Chef. The position is part-time (20 hours/week) with flexible hours and a focus on people-led values within Marston's community pubs.
